INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS
Each paper must be presented by one of the authors listed in the submitted abstract. Paper presentation by a colleague, who is not listed in the abstract, is not allowed.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.

ROOM EQUIPMENT
- LCD projector
- PC (Windows 10) with PowerPoint (latest version) and Adobe Reader DC
- Microphone & Laser pointer
Prepare your presentation
- 16:9 aspect ratio
- File name should indicate your presentation ID + author’s name (eg. Mo-1A-1_Author.pptx)
- Use of animation: If you plan to use animation, you MUST test it carefully with an equivalent set up before starting the session, onsite at the room
Upload your presentation file
All the oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB flash drive. Please upload your presentation file to the PC at the preview room on the Level -1 at least 30 minutes before the beginning of your session. Please be sure to test and check all the presentation slides in advance to make sure they will work properly.
All presentation data will be completely deleted after the session.
