VISA AND INVITATION LETTER
Participants arriving from outside the Schengen Area and intending to enter France must be prepared to present necessary legal documents at the border. These documents should encompass the purpose of their stay, their financial support means, and their arrangements for accommodation.
A visa is typically necessary unless a waiver is applicable. To access comprehensive information and effectively manage your visa application process, please visit France-Visas, the official visa website of France. This resource provides all the necessary guidance to navigate the process seamlessly, aiding you at every step.
Please note that the duration for appointment scheduling and application processing may differ based on your nationality and the time of year. Participants are strongly recommended to ascertain their visa requirements and submit applications well in advance of the conference (at least 3 months before your intended travel date from your country).
Should you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, you can initiate the request within the registration process. For participants who are submitting contributed abstracts, it is advised to make these requests promptly upon receiving the acceptance notification.
